SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for shopping with LEGACY BY ISLAM.

LEGACY BY ISLAM is a UK-based clothing brand offering limited clothing drops, including products sold on a pre-order basis. We ship internationally.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched and delivered.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Because LEGACY BY ISLAM operates clothing drops and pre-orders, processing times may vary depending on the product and drop.

The estimated production and dispatch timeframe for a pre-order will be communicated on the relevant product page, during the drop, or at checkout where applicable.

Please read the estimated timeframe carefully before placing your order.

2. PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

Some LEGACY BY ISLAM products are sold as pre-orders.

Pre-order products are not necessarily held in stock at the time of purchase. We use confirmed pre-orders to plan and produce the relevant clothing.

This means pre-order orders may take longer to dispatch than ready-to-ship products.

The estimated timeframe provided for each drop is an estimate and may occasionally change due to production, supplier, fulfilment or shipping circumstances.

If there is a significant delay to your order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate this to you.

Purchasing a pre-order does not remove or limit any statutory consumer rights you may have.

3. DISPATCH

Once your order has been produced and is ready to ship, it will be packaged and dispatched using the available delivery service selected at checkout.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation where tracking is available.

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided at checkout are accurate.

LEGACY BY ISLAM is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

4. DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on the destination, shipping service selected and circumstances affecting the carrier.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout or provided with your order are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

International delivery may take longer than domestic UK delivery.

Once an order has been handed to the relevant delivery carrier, delivery is also subject to the carrier's processing times and circumstances.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

LEGACY BY ISLAM ships internationally.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, VAT, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs charges and import requirements vary between countries, and LEGACY BY ISLAM cannot determine or guarantee the amount of any charges imposed by a destination country.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can legally be imported into their country.

6. CUSTOMS DELAYS

International orders may be delayed while being processed by customs authorities.

Customs processing is outside the control of LEGACY BY ISLAM.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, provided that we have otherwise fulfilled our obligations relating to dispatch and delivery.

If customs authorities contact you for additional information or payment, you should respond to them promptly to avoid unnecessary delays.

7. LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at:

Please provide your order number and delivery details so that we can investigate the shipment.

Where tracking is available, we may use the tracking information provided by the relevant carrier to investigate the status of your order.

Delivery delays do not automatically mean that an order is lost.

We will take reasonable steps to assist with delayed or potentially lost shipments.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

8. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Please provide your order number and photographs of the package and the product where possible.

We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.

9. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address when placing an order.

If an order is returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete, please contact us at legacybyislam@gmail.com.

Where permitted by law, additional postage may be required to resend the order.

10. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If a delivery carrier attempts delivery and the parcel is not successfully delivered, the carrier may leave instructions for a further delivery attempt, collection, or other arrangements.

Customers are responsible for following the carrier's instructions where applicable.

Failure to collect a parcel may result in the parcel being returned to us.

11. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping fees may vary depending on:

  • Delivery destination.

12. MULTIPLE PRODUCTS IN ONE ORDER

Where an order contains multiple products, including products from different drops or products with different estimated dispatch dates, items may be shipped together or separately depending on fulfilment requirements.

Where applicable, additional delivery information will be communicated to you.

13. DELIVERY TO THE WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide an incorrect delivery address and the order is successfully delivered to the address supplied at checkout, LEGACY BY ISLAM may not be able to recover the package.

Please carefully check your address before completing your order.

14. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
