Welcome to LegacyByIslam. We are a design agency specializing in creating and providing unique product designs. When you purchase a product through our website, you engage us as your Design Agent to create the product art and facilitate the printing and shipping through our third-party fulfillment partner, Printful.

By accessing or using our website, services, and purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. The Design Agency and Fulfillment Model (Wakalah)

1.1. Our Role (LegacyByIslam)

LegacyByIslam operates primarily as a Design Agency. Our primary services include:

  • Creating, curating, and presenting original artwork and designs for various products.

  • Marketing and offering these designs to you, the customer.

  • Collecting your order and payment.

  • Acting as your Agent (Wakalah) to instruct the production and fulfillment partner (Printful) on your behalf.

1.2. Fulfillment Partner (Printful)

We do not physically stock, manufacture, or ship the products ourselves. All physical production and logistics are handled by our trusted third-party fulfillment partner: Printful.

By placing an order with LegacyByIslam, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • LegacyByIslam transfers the specific design and product instructions to Printful.

  • Printful is solely responsible for the physical aspects of the order, including:

    • Sourcing the blank products (garments, mugs, etc.).

    • The quality, color accuracy, and timely application of the design print.

    • Packaging and shipping the product directly to your designated address.

    • Managing inventory and stock availability.

  • LegacyByIslam's responsibility for the product's physical quality and shipping begins only with the successful transmission of the order details to Printful and ends when Printful accepts the order for production.

1.3. Agency Limitation

LegacyByIslam acts as your agent only for the purpose of initiating the fulfillment process with Printful. While we will assist with customer service concerning errors or issues, the contractual responsibility for the physical product’s manufacturing quality and shipment rests with Printful.

2. Orders, Payment, and Pricing

2.1. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by us and Printful. We may choose not to accept any order at our sole discretion, including, without limitation, in the event of stock unavailability at Printful, errors in the price or description, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

2.2. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. The price includes the design fee and the cost of production/shipping charged by Printful, facilitated by LegacyByIslam on your behalf. You are responsible for any applicable local taxes, customs, and duties.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Timeframes

Shipping and delivery dates provided are estimates only. As fulfillment is managed by Printful, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the fulfillment partner or carrier. Products usually arrive to customers within *7-14* business days.

3.2. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss for products you purchase passes to you upon Printful's delivery of the item to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Printful Policy

Returns and refunds are processed in accordance with the Printful policy, as these relate to the physical production. Generally, Printful only accepts returns or offers refunds for products that are:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Significantly different from the order specification (e.g., wrong size or color).

4.2. Return Process

If you believe your product is eligible for a return or refund, you must notify LegacyByIslam at legacybyislam@gmail.com within a week of receiving the item, providing clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage. We will then act as your agent to resolve the issue with Printful.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Our Designs

All designs, artwork, and content on the LegacyByIslam website are the exclusive property of LegacyByIslam or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2. Limited License

When you purchase a product, you are purchasing the physical product printed with the design. You are not purchasing the copyright or license to reproduce the design commercially.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

LegacyByIslam is a design and agency service provider. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LegacyByIslam shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products purchased, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, physical defects in manufacturing, or delays in shipping, as these are primarily the responsibility of our fulfillment partner, Printful.
